Carlo really benefits from having access to people with MSN or SMS, this his how he bets communicates with the public and outside world. MSN is best because Carlo can have a full conversation with whomever he is talking to. SMS is good too, but it can be limiting as it doesn't quiet let Carlo express all of what he has to say. I find it more of a tool that allows Carlo to get in contact with you for brief information.
As Carlo's carer find it more valuable to have access to MSN as I can have real conversation and interact on a personal level with him. If you're ever lucky enough to be able to MSN chat with Carlo, you'll soon see what I mean. Yours sincerely, lucky carer Emma Fraser.
